Justine Schreifels, CNMT

BIO

Justine was born and raised in Minnesota. After high school, Justine attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Following college, Justine spent seven years working in Merchandise Presentation at Target Corporation. During this time, her passion for health and wellness grew. Along with her growing passion, Justine experienced the impact of holistic treatment on injury and pain reduction. Empowered by her personal experience, Justine decided to pursue massage therapy to help others in a similar way. She attended Northwestern Health Science University where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy and her certification in Neuromuscular Therapy (CNMT). While at NWHSU, Justine had the opportunity to intern in the Human Performance Center, an integrative care clinic, working with athletes in a variety of sports. She has also earned her RockTape certification in FMT (Functional Movement Technique) Basic and Performance. In her free time, Justine enjoys travelling, stay active by working out, yoga and hiking, and spending time with her family, friends and her dog.
